For more than 14 years, I have had the privilege of assisting my clients in their healing and personal growth journey. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a method that is backed by science. I use it to help my clients identify and address inaccurate or negative thoughts in order to gain a clearer perspective on challenging situations so that they can respond more effectively. Through CBT, my clients will be provided with skills needed to improve their relationships, happiness, and overall fulfillment in life.
Attachment-based
Attachment-based therapy helps individuals see how their early relationships influence the way they relate to others today. In a safe and supportive setting, my clients learn to notice their relationship patterns, express their emotions, and develop healthier ways of connecting. The ultimate goal is to foster secure, trusting, and meaningful connections with themselves and the people in their lives.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing helps people explore their goals and find their own motivation to make positive changes. In sessions, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk about mixed feelings, clarify values, and set realistic steps toward change. The focus is on empowering individuals to take charge of their own growth and make choices that align with what matters to them.

My clients are guided to focus on their abilities, talents, and resources to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. In sessions, I help them identify their strengths, build confidence, and apply their skills to create positive change. The goal is to increase resilience, motivation, and personal growth.
Trauma Informed Care
I provide my clients with a safe, understanding environment where the impact of past trauma is recognized. In sessions, I help my clients explore how trauma affects their emotions and relationships, develop coping skills to manage stress and triggers, and regain a sense of control. The goal is to build safety, resilience, and empowerment throughout their healing journey.
