In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and discuss what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what support looks like for you. My aim is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for you.

incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful change often more quickly than expected. This approach is especially supportive for those feeling stuck or overwhelmed, as we focus on what’s working and build small, achievable steps forward. I work with individuals and couples to strengthen confidence, connection, and emotional balance during life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of stress.
