I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and build emotional well-being. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. In therapy, I focus on helping clients gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to cope with life’s difficulties. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back, identify strengths you can build on, and create tools that support meaningful and lasting change. I particularly enjoy supporting clients through periods of transition, such as career changes, relationship shifts, or navigating uncertainty, as well as helping those seeking to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, and achieve a greater sense of balance in their lives. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and exploring your thoughts and emotions. I aim to partner with you in a way that fosters insight, resilience, and personal growth so that you can move forward with confidence and purpose. Whether you’re struggling with persistent feelings of sadness or anxiety, feeling stuck, or simply want a supportive space to reflect and grow, therapy can provide clarity, guidance, and tools to help you thrive. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward understanding, healing, and personal growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I’ll focus on learning more about your experiences and understanding the challenges that brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been difficult, what you hope to get out of therapy, and any questions you have about the process, so you feel comfortable and supported from the start. This session is a judgment-free space — you don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly what you want to change. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to identify patterns, clarify goals, and begin shaping a plan for growth. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clear sense of how therapy works, what to expect in future sessions, and the first steps we can take together toward your goals. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and ready to begin your journey toward clarity, balance, and personal growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. I take a collaborative approach, working closely with you to understand your experiences, identify patterns, and clarify goals. I focus on practical strategies that help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, while also fostering self-awareness and resilience. I aim to meet clients where they are, providing guidance and tools that are tailored to your unique needs, pace, and personal strengths. Clients often tell me that they feel understood, supported, and empowered after sessions, gaining clarity and actionable steps to navigate challenges. I strive to help each person build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and develop skills that lead to meaningful, lasting growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to explore their experiences in a supportive and collaborative space. This often includes people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, or navigating life transitions, who want practical strategies and insights to help them move forward. I also enjoy working with individuals seeking personal growth, increased self-confidence, or greater balance in their lives. My ideal clients are open to reflection and ready to take actionable steps toward positive change, while receiving guidance and support along the way. Whether you’re looking to better manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, or navigate a major life change, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward your goals.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques ,to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. This flexible, holistic method allows us to work collaboratively—addressing both current challenges and deeper patterns—to support lasting growth and healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice, a structured and evidence-based approach that helps clients identify and change unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. CBT is goal-oriented and collaborative, empowering clients with practical tools to manage challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Trauma Informed Care

I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe, supportive environment that recognizes the impact of trauma on thoughts, emotions, and behavior. This method emphasizes trust, empowerment, and collaboration, allowing us to move at your pace while gently exploring patterns, building resilience, and supporting healing.

Humanistic

I use a humanistic approach to therapy, which centers on each person’s innate capacity for growth, self-awareness, and healing. In our work together, I provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences openly and authentically, with the goal of fostering deeper self-understanding and personal empowerment.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use a mindfulness-based approach to therapy, helping clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. This approach supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and promotes a deeper connection to oneself, creating space for healing and lasting change.
