New to Grow
I present therapeutic modalities to help you resolve trauma, build self-esteem, or cope with depression. I utilize Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I take a strengths-based and Jungian approach, using archetypes and synchronicities to help you find deeper meaning. Growing up in a dysfunctional household and struggling with mental health, I searched for help. I found a therapist who listened and held space for my pain. Through understanding myself and my environment, I gained power to change my perspective and destiny. I wanted to help others reach the same empowerment.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will involve getting to know you and you getting to know me. We will clear away any questions you may have about therapy and I will take down information about your life history.
