What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

An opportunity to get to know one another to explore if there is a fit. I approach the intake appointment as a conversation, where questions arent just being asked in one direction but where we both explore and share what feels most important and meaningful - from there we can decide if it feels right to proceed to schedule another session. ! hour is never enough time to get someone's full story, or for them to get a deep sense of how I work - so I don't rush it, and I trust that the relationship is what is most important

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Developing a deep relationship based on mutual respect and cultural humility serves as the foundation for supporting clients in developing deeper relationships in every of their lives, as they transform their relationships with themselves, others, and their environments.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Folks who are open to the possibility to grow, heal, change, or be transformed

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In my work as a psychologist, I use mindfulness-based therapy to help my clients become active agents of change, in powerful new ways in their lives. Through connecting more deeply with themselves, they are able to become the authors of their unfolding story - rather than continuing to passively following a narrative that doesn't feel like their own. Present-moment awareness brings emotional clarity. This is a practice which is part of each session and the days between sessions. By guiding clients to embrace their full range of emotions without judgment, we create space for greater self-understanding, regulation, and integration. This approach supports psychological flexibility, allowing clients to engage with all parts of themselves and move through life with more authenticity, alignment, and ease. Whether navigating anxiety, trauma, or personal growth, mindfulness helps clients live more fully and in tune with their values.
