Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of Central Florida and have been practicing for over 3 years. I help people who find themselves struggling to connect with themself and others, whether they're young and in school, midlife and married, or retired and adjusting to changes. We work together to rebuild those connections.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, explore the problems you're facing, and then start creating a plan of how to approach our work together. We'll also explore what works best for you. Some people do well with a more free-form approach while others prefer a much more structured style. We'll take the time to figure out where you want to go and the best ways to get there.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Past clients have shared that what set me apart was that I took the time to listen, understand their problems, and be present with them. They shared that they felt like they knew I was always there to support them while not being afraid to challenge them or be direct when needed. I've also heard clients share that they appreciate my willingness to engage from a logical starting place while we build up the tools and skills to understand the emotions at play.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with people who are experiencing difficulty in connecting with themself and others. My clients regularly want to reconnect with a part of their life that they have neglected or were forced to leave behind due to circumstances. For example, someone who spent significant amounts of time focused on work wanting to reconnect with their family or someone who spent so much time tending to others they haven't tended to themself in years. They can normally tell something feels off in their life and often have symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and a host of other symptoms in their lives.

I really appreciate that Greg is direct with me, whereas a lot of providers beat around the bush or try to ‘soften the blow.’ That’s why I have struggled with therapy in the past. Be direct, I might not agree, but if you are direct and explain your reasoning, there’s a very good chance that will be implemented in my life. He’s also been great with trying to find solutions for things going on in my life.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use EFT & attachment theory to explore issues in relationships with others, whether it is with friends, family, coworkers, or partners. It's easy to fall into patterns that seem to repeat themselves with other people. It can be extremely beneficial to identify those patterns so we choose whether or not to engage with them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to work with individuals in order to change thinking and behavioral patterns that they no longer wish to engage in. Just like with EFT, identifying those patterns and choosing whether or not we engage with them can give us more control in our lives.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach with individuals who want to better understand their histories, what drives them, and how we use that information going forward.
