You are most welcome here. I am grateful for your interest and excited to be part of your healing journey. If you've been looking for a supportive, creative, holistic, spiritual, and evidence-based approach to address personal growth, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression, you are on the right track. My approach is integrative and customized, rooted in evidence-based modalities including EMDR, MBSR,MBCT, Polyvagal, Somatic, Spiritual Resourcing, and Psycho-dynamic tools.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I gather information and really meet the person in front of me, as well as find out if I am the right provider to help. There is always room for questions and shared reflections or opinions, and ultimately, it is a shared decision of setting out for the healing journey together. You are the expert on yourself and your needs. I am collaborative, active, and full of suggestions; however, our final goals and how we meet them are very much in your power, as you are the most important component of your progress. I always share my diagnosis and ideas openly and like to brainstorm solutions with you.

My greatest strengths are based in unconditional positive compassion and regard towards clients, combined with dedication to your goals. I am skilled, and well seasoned professional, with dash of great sense of humor and a creative approach, which can make our work together more authentic and effective.

If you are highly motivated, resilient, and have faced many challenges, we will work great together. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma, as well as existential and identity related challenges, and supportive guidance in life transitions, as well as working on healthy relational dynamics . My most successful clients are open-minded, dedicated, and willing to learn while benefiting from a safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I am attentive, mindful, and present, finding a unique language and world view that aligns with yours. Each person requires a careful and individualized approach. I focus on getting to know you and discovering the most effective way of interacting. I am comfortable with direct and indirect preferences, always curious and open to feedback.
Attachment-based
I am trained in SAFE approach to EMDR, which includes attachment based wounding healing - I use attachment theory to deepen the work on the client's goals but also to built safe and healing therapeutic relationship with the client.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use this method as a helpful tool for progressive commitment to the treatment and basis for radical acceptance of the process of change, as well as working on clear goals, achieved in manageable steps.
Compassion Focused
All working therapeutic alliance are based in compassion, it is crucial for healing, I practice compassion and teach clients self compassion.
Culturally Sensitive Therapy
As a minority and a person with multicultural exposure, I understand how important culture and identity are for the humans and how this awareness can guide successful treatment.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is a gold standard in treatment and a great base to expand to MBCT and give client effective and practical easily accessible tools.
