(she/her)
Hey Y'all ! I'm Tiffany, owner & licensed clinician of Baker Therapy & Consulting Services, PLLC. I work exclusively with women-identified folks who are exploring identity, sexuality, & intimacy. My clients often wrestle with self-criticism, past trauma, & that nagging feeling of not quite belonging. Many are just trying to survive day-to-day, carrying the weight of old wounds, eldest daughter syndrome, & other systemic pressures. As a neurodivergent, queer, BIPOC therapist, I get it. I'm here to walk alongside you as you heal, build real confidence, & create a life that feels authentic & balanced that you can be proud of.
Our first appointment is an intake session where I complete a comprehensive clinical assessment. It's required for insurance, but honestly, it also helps me get to know you. I will ask about your history, your identities, your relationships, what's been hard, and what brought you here. We'll cover mental health background, family dynamics, trauma, and what you're navigating right now. I know assessments can feel clinical or exhausting, so I do my best to make it feel like a real conversation, not just boxes to check. There's space for you to share what matters and ask questions too. We'll also talk about what you're hoping therapy can offer and what feels scary or uncertain about this process. I'll explain how I work and what our time together might look like. Expect warmth, curiosity, and no judgment. You might leave feeling vulnerable, tired, or maybe a little hopeful which is absolutely normal. My goal is for you to feel heard and like this could be a safe place to land.
I work from a place of deep curiosity & respect for your autonomy. I don’t force change or tell you who to be, but I won’t normalize patterns that keep you stuck. I integrate body-based, trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, gently challenging you while teaching in-session self-soothing, regulation, & supported exposure so growth feels doable & lasting.
We’d be a good fit if you’re curious, open to learning, & willing to try something new. Therapy doesn’t require having the right words or being “fixed.” We’ll build self-awareness & understanding of your nervous system together through collaboration & vulnerability, NOT being told what to do.
EMDR
I use EMDR and am trained with a trauma approach for clients or anyone having consistent and persistent negative thoughts that changes their daily lives.

I've only started seeing Tiffany a few months ago and she has already made a huge impact on my life. She is kind, thoughtful, and really listens. Most importantly for me she asks meaningful follow up questions that really help me think and dig deeper into the topic. It took me a while to find the right fit but I'm glad and truly thankful that I found her.
