I welcome clients from all walks of life by supporting folx work through trauma, identity issues, sexuality, executive functioning and difficulties with a fluster of emotions navigating life. I have a passion for folx identifying as Neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBT+. I specialize in working with folx who've faced trauma, inequality, or struggle to fit societal norms. As a queer intersectional therapist, I prioritize inclusivity, acceptance, and empowerment. I validate experiences, offering guidance to develop resilience and self-acceptance. I believe in advocacy and justice efforts, both in and outside of my office space.
In our first session together, we will get to know one another through conversation. I will gain more information and knowledge into the challenges you are facing and more specifically if and how I might be able to assist you. We will determine if we are a good fit, establish treatment goals, and a treatment plan as well.
I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and validated, and I am here to support you in navigating the complexities of your mental health and personal growth. Drawing upon my intersectional perspective and lived experiences, I offer a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the multifaceted aspects of your life.
