New to Grow
I’m Kelly Singleton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel real, human, and supportive. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped clients navigate the stress, patterns, and emotions that shape their lives. I use an integrative approach that blends insight, practical tools, strengths, and compassion. Together, we explore patterns, build on what’s already working, and create space to show up honestly. I help you develop skills, stay connected to what matters, and build self-compassion in a way that feels steady and tailored to you. You can expect warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor as we navigate the messy parts of life together.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and explore what feels most important for you right now. There’s no pressure to say the “right” thing- you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, clarify your priorities, and decide together on a direction that feels manageable. I’ll offer gentle structure, curiosity, and practical next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of where we’re heading and how we’ll work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to truly listen, help people feel at ease, and cut through the noise to what really matters. I balance compassion with honesty, so clients feel both supported and gently challenged. I’m skilled at making complex emotions feel understandable and turning insight into practical steps that fit real life. I create a nonjudgmental space and am thoughtful in adapting my approach to each person’s needs. Clients often share that they feel understood, supported, and able to make meaningful progress.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I'm a great match for clients who want therapy that feels real and doable- people navigating stress, transitions, anxiety, or identity-related challenges and wanting support that’s honest, steady, and practical. They’re not looking for perfection; they’re looking for growth, understanding, and space to be fully themselves. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck or overwhelmed, whether they’re navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, relationships, work, or major life changes. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and make changes in a way that feels real and sustainable. You don’t need to have everything figured out- just a willingness to show up and explore what’s possible together.
