I believe therapy should feel real— not clinical, not awkward, and not a place where you have to filter yourself. It should feel like a genuine conversation, not like you’re being analyzed or focused on trying to say the “right” thing. With over 15 years of experience, I help clients navigate stress, emotions, and life’s challenges in a supportive, honest, and judgment-free space. I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist, I meet you where you are and gently challenge when it’s helpful. I know what it’s like to do the work on both sides of the room, so I understand firsthand how challenging, and rewarding, this process can be. Together, we’ll build clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself, so you can move forward with confidence. In this space, you get to be fully yourself—laughing, venting, crying, swearing, or whatever feels real—without judgment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and explore what feels most important for you right now. It’s completely normal to feel unsure at first, and there's no pressure to have it figured out— that's part of the work we'll be doing together! We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, clarify your priorities, and decide together on a direction that feels manageable. I’ll offer gentle structure, curiosity, and practical next steps, so you leave with a clearer sense of where we’re heading and how we’ll work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to truly listen, help people feel at ease, and transform insight into action. I balance compassion with honesty, so clients feel both supported and gently challenged. I help simplify complex emotions and co-create practical steps that fit real life. Clients often share that they feel understood, empowered, and are able to make lasting progress. My approach is integrative and flexible, tailored to you. While I often draw from CBT to explore thoughts and behaviors, ACT to connect you to your values, and mindfulness to stay present, these are just starting points. I draw from a variety of approaches, always adapting them to fit your goals. Together, we’ll build clarity, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change—all while you remain in charge of the pace and direction of your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm a great match for clients who want therapy that feels real and doable- people navigating stress, transitions, anxiety, or identity-related challenges and wanting support that’s honest, steady, and practical. They’re not looking for perfection; they’re looking for growth, understanding, and space to be fully themselves. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck or overwhelmed, whether they’re navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, relationships, work, or major life changes. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and make changes in a way that feels real and sustainable. You don’t need to have everything figured out- just a willingness to show up and explore what’s possible together.

I have only met with Kelly once but I appreciated that she listened to me and heard what I was saying and not making me feel like I am crazy.

I genuinely enjoyed speaking with her even though it was just the first session. She listened to all I had to say and took it all in well.
