(she/her)
I am a bilingual licensed therapist who focuses on working with clients in a collaborative manner that is grounded in attachment-based principles. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master's in Social Work. My clinical experience began in community mental health in Los Angeles and I have a passion for working with insightful adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety or unresolved trauma and are motivated to understand themselves deeply. Clients appreciate that I balance warmth with directness. I sit with you in difficult emotions while also helping you take empowered steps forward.
Your first session with me will consist of getting to know each other and discuss the challenges that you are seeking support for and subsequently, we start collaborating on a plan of how to meet your goals. I also take time to answer any questions you may have about me and/or therapy services.
I believe therapy should feel both safe and transformative. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and insight-oriented. I help clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so they can move from reacting to responding with intention.
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggle with anxiety, shame, or unresolved past experiences. I am passionate about working with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or unresolved trauma. I am committed to helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself while building emotional resilience and self-trust. In our work together, I help you build insight, process unresolved experiences, and lean into the discomfort caused by your emotional distress.
Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is utilized to assist clients in understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Clients utilize interventions and tools to cope with everyday stressors that interfere with their overall well-being such as cognitive restructuring, thought defusion and exposure & response prevention.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-supported therapy that helps the brain heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Sometimes overwhelming events get “stuck” in the nervous system, leading to anxiety, triggers, or negative beliefs about yourself. EMDR uses gentle, guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help your brain reprocess these memories so they feel less intense and no longer interfere with your present life. This approach can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift through talk therapy alone.
Strength-Based
Strengths-Based Therapy is an empowering approach that focuses on your existing abilities, resilience, and internal resources rather than only on problems or symptoms. Together, we identify your skills, values, past successes, and support systems to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence. This approach fosters hope, self-efficacy, and sustainable growth by building on what is already working in your life.
Interpersonal
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is a structured, time-limited therapy that focuses on how your relationships and life transitions impact your mood. It is based on the idea that depression, anxiety, and emotional distress are often connected to difficulties in communication, conflict, grief, or changes in roles (such as becoming a parent, ending a relationship, or career shifts). In IPT, we work to improve communication skills, resolve interpersonal conflict, process losses, and strengthen social support so you can feel more connected and emotionally balanced.

Since it was our first session and mainly focused on getting to know each other, I observed that she is warm, authentic, kind, open-minded, and clearly intelligent. What attracted me the most were the techniques she offers, which align closely with what I have experienced with other therapists in the past and have worked exceptionally well for me. I'm excited to see how her techniques can help me with the current issues I’m facing.
