In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a low-pressure way for us to get to know each other. You don't need to have a perfect script; we’ll just talk about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll start looking at the big picture of your life to see where you're feeling stuck. My main goal is for you to feel heard and for us to decide if we’re a good team to help you move forward. We’ll take it one step at a time.

I have a way of seeing the things that are holding you back. I’m not just here to listen; I’m here to help you see the truth about what’s working and what’s not. I’m known for being direct and keeping you moving toward your goals in a safe, down-to-earth way.

I help women in their 20s to 50s who are stressed out and ready to feel better. Whether it’s work, family, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to find a way forward that actually works for you. I don't just sit and listen; I give you real tools to deal with the hard stuff. Let’s get you to a place where you aren't just getting through the day, but actually feeling good.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a way of talking that helps you find your own reasons for making a change. It is helpful when you feel stuck or keep questioning if you are ready to do something different. Instead of giving advice, I listen and help you build the confidence to take the next step on your own terms.

Strength-Based

A Strengths-Based approach means we focus on the skills you already have instead of just looking at what feels wrong. I use this method to help you see the ways you’ve survived tough times so you can start using those same tools to actually thrive. Instead of just talking about your struggles, we work together to build a life that feels authentic to who you really are.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a way of looking at how your thoughts, feelings, and behavior are all connected. I use this method to help you spot the negative loops that keep you feeling stuck so we can start breaking those habits. Instead of just talking about the past, we focus on giving you real tools to handle stress and feel more in control of your life right now.
