LMFT, 15 years of experience
With over 15 years of experience and deep roots in feminist and attachment-based care, I bring tools, insight, and radical acceptance to support you in becoming your most authentic self. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, or body image, I’m here to walk beside you — not above you — with humility, curiosity, and care. You are the expert in your experience; I’m here to offer support, reflection, and a space where being fully seen can finally feel safe.
Our first session is to get to know you as the client, orient you to my practice, and begin discussing the things you hope to tackle in therapy. I will complete an assessment, and we will discuss your priorities. You are the expert in your experience, I am here to support and assist you in creating the life or the self you feel best about.
My sense of compassion, genuine curiosity and care are important to my identity as a clinician. I also am someone who has experienced feeling othered, unwelcome and unacceptable in out society. I have tried to hide when I felt that I didn't fit into society's standards, and I have been on a journey of discovering my authentic self, and traversed the terrifying thrill of being seen and perceived more authentically. My sense of humility is important as well; I do not have all the answers nor do I know what will work for you; I can offer tools, questions and support but you are the one who decides what works for you or not.
I am excited to work with patients navigating identity; self esteem, gender and sexuality are all important parts of our experience as humans and they can be overwhelming and challenging if we are raised with shame or fear or trauma in these aspects. I am passionate about working with clients to discover and love their most authentic selves.

Attachment theory suggests that the care and connection we had with our primary caregivers impacts our relationships to ourselves and others later in life. Together we will work to identify these patterns, and discover tools and techniques to build healthy and vibrant relationships in the present.
My practice is person first; before we can work there has to be trust and safety. I hope to support you in treating yourself with kindness and compassion instead of guilt or shame or critical self talk
As a feminist therapist I recognize the inherent power structure in the therapeutic relationship, and work to be transparent. By deconstructing and creating transparency around the oppressive systems in our culture I hope to empower and affirm your own sense of agency. Despite the title this treatment is not focused on gender, but is instead in opposition to the Patriarchal, capitalistic society we in the US exist in
