I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience. I am licensed in the states of New York, New Jersey and Washington. I have committed my career to studying and treating the impacts of trauma. My identity as an Indigenous American informs my unique perspective on the impacts of generational trauma. Drawing from my own cultural background as well as a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, I specialize in supporting clients from various cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate the complexities of their unique life experiences.
In our first session, I will spend time exploring your goals and objectives for therapy, the past experiences that have led to where you are today and support you in identifying the resources you lean on in moments of stress.
My client's have said that my approach is warm, collaborative and trauma-informed which fosters a safe space for healing, self discovery and lasting transformation.
With a deep understanding of how past trauma-whether from childhood or major life events-shapes our narrative, I help individuals release limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. Whether facing career changes, relationship shifts, or personal growth challenges, I empower client's to shed outdated stories and create abundant, more fulfilling paths forward.
I believe that trauma is not what happens to use but what happens inside of us as a result. As a trained EMDR therapist, I harness compassion to aid client's in exploring past wounds that leave them feeling stuck.
