New to Grow
Are you struggling with your relationship with yourself, food, or your body image? Does trauma, shame, or perfectionism sometimes feel overwhelming? You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, calm, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore the roots of your struggles and begin your journey toward healing and recovery. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, I’m passionate about helping people find freedom and peace within themselves. My work often focuses on supporting those dealing with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, compassion, and sustainable coping tools to help you move forward.
Our first session is a chance for us to connect and get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what your goals are, and what your experiences have been so far. It’s also your time to ask any questions you have and to learn more about what therapy with me will look like. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, understood, and supported right from the start.
I bring a compassionate, open-minded approach that helps clients feel seen and heard. Having worked across multiple levels of care—including residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings—I understand the unique challenges at each stage of recovery. This experience allows me to meet clients exactly where they are and guide them toward lasting change with empathy and practical support.
I work with adults 18 and older who are struggling with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns. I am an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapist and use a culturally sensitive, trauma- informed approach. My goal is to help clients build a more compassionate relationship with themselves and develop tools for long-term healing.
Recognizing and reframing negative thought patterns is a useful tool in improving coping and resilience. I often help clients with reframing in sessions and explore ways to do this in your day-to-day.
I often use EMDR with clients who are feeling stuck, or clients who feel they have gone through therapy for a long time and still struggle with processing trauma.
A person's background has a big impact on treatment. I always keep this in consideration when determining helpful approaches, and I work with my client's to ensure this.
I like to use a blend of different modalities tailored to each individual client's needs.
