My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is one of the most effective treatment approaches for anxiety, depression, and trauma. It focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to these conditions. As a mental health professional with over a decade of experience, I can explain various treatment methods for anxiety, depression, and trauma. It's important to note that the appropriate treatment often depends on the individual, their specific symptoms, and the patient's unique history.
