New to Grow
Hello & welcome! I am an integrative trauma therapist, and I specialize in supporting clients as they heal from complex trauma, single-incident trauma, relational trauma, and significant life transitions. I work with adults who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, build a strong sense of self, and create lasting change in their lives. I am trained in several evidence-based and holistic modalities, including EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and Somatic Therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. My approach honors the mind, body, and soul, helping clients not just manage symptoms, but truly transform how they feel, relate, and show up in the world.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, you can expect a warm, collaborative conversation focused on building rapport and establishing a sense of safety and trust. We will spend time getting clear on what brings you to therapy now, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to focus on first. I help clients slow down and tune into what is most important in order to help increase clarity around their goals, and begin identifying what support and approaches may be most helpful moving forward. My aim is for clients to leave their first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clear understanding of our work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is its integrative, trauma-focused depth. I am deeply invested in helping you create meaningful, lasting change — not just symptom reduction, but true transformation. By blending EMDR, attachment-based work, somatic practices, and person-centered care, we work at the root level of your experiences so that by the end of treatment, you don’t simply feel better — you feel fundamentally different in how you relate to yourself, your body, your relationships, and the world.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support adults who have experienced trauma and are ready to move beyond just coping and toward deeper healing. My ideal clients often feel disconnected from their bodies, struggle with anxiety or emotional overwhelm, or find themselves repeating patterns in relationships that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on rebuilding a strong, grounded sense of self, restoring nervous system safety, and creating a more secure and empowered way of showing up in life and relationships. My work is especially supportive for those seeking an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
EMDR
I integrate EMDR into my practice to help clients safely process and reprocess distressing memories that continue to impact their present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Using a trauma-informed and paced approach, EMDR helps to support nervous system regulation and facilitate lasting shifts in how experiences are stored in the mind and body.
Attachment-based
I incorporate attachment-based treatment to help clients understand how early relational experiences shape their current patterns in relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation. Through a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship, we gently explore attachment wounds and build new experiences of connection, security, and trust.
Somatic
I incorporate somatic approaches to help clients reconnect with their bodies and gently release trauma that is stored in the nervous system. By increasing awareness of physical sensations and using regulation tools, clients learn to feel safer, more grounded, and more empowered in their daily lives.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I practice from a person-centered foundation, creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted. I trust each client’s innate capacity for growth and healing, and I work collaboratively to support their unique goals and inner wisdom.
Transpersonal
I integrate transpersonal therapy to honor the spiritual and meaning-making dimensions of healing, supporting clients in exploring purpose, consciousness, and connection beyond the self. This approach allows space for spiritual experiences, expanded awareness, and deeper alignment with one’s authentic and highest self.
