In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy is most effective when there is a strong and trusting connection between client and provider. Our first session allows us both to assess whether therapy feels like the right fit for you. Just like in any partnership, open and honest communication is key. If at any point either you or I feel that the connection is not right, we will address it openly and with care, ensuring that you feel supported throughout this process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is deeply grounded in seeing the whole person and not just the issues that bring them to therapy. My foundation is built on trust and communication. With a diverse background in multiple, evidence-based practices, I draw from these modalities to create a thoughtfully paced environment, where clients believe they can create supportive, meaningful, and sustainable change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals, navigating stress, trauma, relationship, concerns, addiction, life, transitions, neurodiversity, and emotional overwhelmed, as well as those seeking greater balance clarity and self-confidence. My goal is to offer therapy that feels steady, respectful and empowering, helping clients to build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self trust along the way.
