Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Friends and patients would describe me as being a great listener, having a warm personality, and expressing a caring, positive attitude. My empathy and patience with others, to fully listen to the details until they are ready to hear a little feedback or possible first steps is an approach i bring to every collaborative session.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with all age groups with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, postpartum depression and many others.
