New to Grow
I’ve been committed to helping people heal and grow since earning my Master’s in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, supporting both individuals and couples through life transitions, emotional wounds, and relational struggles. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with a particular passion for guiding people through complex relationship dynamics and personal transformation.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I want to make sure we are both a good fit for one another! The first session will be very casual— I will be getting to know you, your goals, and your preferences for therapy. If you have done therapy before then I’d like to know what has worked for you before, what you liked, didn’t like, etc. I very much value open and transparent communication- you can ask me whatever you’d like to make sure we are a good fit and you are getting the best possible care!
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am very direct and results focused, but also like to look at the entire picture of your life holistically. I love to get into family systems and mapping and dig into your past patterns of relationships. If you are looking for quick, solution focused therapy, I may not be the best fit for you, but if you are looking to understand yourself and past better and fully understand the WHY of why you do what you do and have made the decisions you have made, then I think we would be an excellent fit!
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Anyone who wants to seek interpersonal growth and become a better version of themselves! I specifically enjoy working with people who are struggling with difficult interpersonal relationships and want to make better decisions in relationships and avoid repeating old or destructive patterns.
Strength-Based
I combine many different modalities that are tailored to each individual/couple and their presenting issues and preferences, but overall I try to lead with a holistic, strength based approach that feels empowering and optimistic.
