The treatment methods and tools I utilize

We will discuss your goals regarding what you want to get out of therapy. This will help to focus your sessions and give you perspective on how you want to grow. These goals may need to change over time depending on circumstances, so it’s good practice to keep checking in about them as the therapeutic relationship continues. I may also send you worksheets and/or ask you to journal if you are comfortable with that. Please note that If you do not show up for your appointment at your scheduled time or your appointment was canceled/rescheduled without at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee of $85. Thank you.

I choose her randomly. She was direct about her approach and very attentive. I felt that she understood where I was coming from and provided really good counsel.
