It is an honor to walk alongside clients to find their true potential.
First session
In our first session together, we will start with getting to know each other, discuss the parameters of therapy that provide for the most positive and impactful experience for the client, as well as discussing the priorities and goals of therapy.
Strengths
I am client centered. I respect and honor where clients are on their own unique journey. I bring compassion, understanding, empathy, and a true desire to help clients understand themselves better so they can feel more confident and secure in trusting themselves to make the changes they desire to see.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults who find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and other life challenges and transitions. I believe that clients are the experts in their lives and my goal is to help them connect on a deeper level with themselves that leads to a healthier and more balanced life.
