First session
In our first session we will doing an intake. Client should come prepared to give me a brief yet thorough history of their lives.
Strengths
Having worked in this field for 30 years has given me a wonderful opportunity to try many techniques to motivate my clients to modify negative thinking, try new behavioral patterns. Increase ability to regulate emotions.
Ideal clients
I love working with young adults, women, men, especially when experiencing anxiety , loss, behaviors that are not serving their lives well.

Within the realm of eclectic therapy we can work on grieving losses, changing patterns of behavior, regulating anxiety.
Mind-body approach
This is in person therapy where client and I can do breath work , relaxation techniques , use mind body techniques to regulate anxiety
