My passion is to provide a safe and affirming space, based in evidenced-based practices as to lower distress and increase empowerment and resiliency in my clients.
In our first session, we would address your concerns, needs, symptoms, therapeutic goals and plan for treatment. Our sessions from then on will surround actively meeting your goals, lowering your symptoms, and aligning with your needs.
