I'm a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with women dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal/ post partum issues and stress, among other concerns. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I'm here to walk alongside you as we explore what matters most to you and how you can move toward the life you want.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My dual background in mental health and birth support gives me a unique perspective in guiding individuals through a wide range of life experiences—from emotional healing to major life transitions like pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, concepts of DBT, REBT and trauma-informed care. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, values, and goals. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my therapy practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and problematic behaviors. Through structured techniques, we work collaboratively to develop healthier coping strategies, challenge cognitive distortions, and build practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. CBT provides a goal-oriented, evidence-based framework that empowers clients to make lasting changes in their lives.
