Hello! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience in helping clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, cultural issues, life transitions, relationship issues, and their sense of identity. My goal is to help you explore obstacles to your growth, foster insight, and provide support and guidance to help you make necessary changes to alleviate emotional pain, gain self-esteem, and improve the quality of your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be focused on getting to know you better. It's considered an intake session in which I will ask you a lot of questions to gather historical information, onset of your symptoms/challenges, how they're impacting your ability to function, and develop a treatment plan that will help him to make positive changes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients for over 20 years, I have extensive experience in helping clients understand the root cause of their challenges and guide them in making positive changes to help them grow and improve the quality of their life. I believe that my strengths are being compassionate, understanding, and empowering my clients.
