I work with adults who are seeking relief, connection, and healing. They're ready to feel grounded, reclaim their sense of self, and be supported as they navigate life changes and move forward with resilience. I help adults navigate trauma, postpartum challenges, anxiety, depression, and the effects of domestic violence. Using a warm, client-centered approach, I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, drawing from CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and more to help clients build resilience and reconnect with themselves. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session we will spend building therapeutic report (getting to know one another,) completing an intake assessment, and overall answering any questions that you have for me.

I work collaboratively with my clients to identify strengths, working goals, and overall empower my clients. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment for clients to feel comfortable working through their most vulnerable challenges.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with mostly adults aged 18-65 years old. Common issues that I see are perinatal/ postpartum depression and anxiety, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and trauma (PTSD.)
