(she/her)
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore what you're going through. Therapy can be a place to rebuild, reflect, and heal. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I listen closely to your needs and goals, and together we’ll work to shift patterns, manage challenging emotions, and develop tools that support lasting change. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate it.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable so our first session will be more of an open discussion. I like to learn what is on going on for you, what you are needing from therapy, and talk about how I can best support you and your goals.
I provide a safe space for you to share; this means I keep everything confidential, non-judgemental, compassionate, curious, and supportive. When we feel truly heard, we are able to start to heal and grow.
I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, OCD, and low self-esteem. Whether you're facing inner conflict, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, I’m here to support you. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to explore patterns, identify needs, and practice new ways of being.

Talking to Christin feels like talking to a friend. I’m very grateful to have found her!
February 16, 2026
I was originally drawn to Christin based off of the sense that I got from her Bio, her experience and her picture. She seemed warm and accepting which is what I need. Getting to know her means that I have now experienced how open and supportive she is. She is able to gently guide me when I need it and re-enforce my own ideas when I question them.

Christin has shown that she is able to be open minded in her engagement with me so far. She seems supportive and understanding. I am appreciative of the fact that she acknowledges the work that I have done so far and is willing to work with me to help me improve.
