Relationships play a central role in emotional and psychological well-being. They can be sources of resilience and growth, or significant contributors to distress. My work focuses on helping couples, and various relationships (parent/child, friends, siblings, work-related) identify relational patterns, process past and present challenges, and move toward repair and healthier connection. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy and seek to help create and nurture a sense of safety, self-worth, security, and belonging. I also specialize in working with military couples and families, helping relationships to navigate through trauma, depression, and anxiety. Treatment is collaborative and tailored to each relationship's unique goals and needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first therapy session—whether you’re coming as a couple, family, or a different relationship—you can expect a supportive, grounded space where everyone feels heard. I’m fully present and attuned as we explore what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change. With experience and intention, we’ll begin meaningful work at a pace that feels right.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in helping relationships create meaningful, lasting change. Clients often tell me that they value not only my extensive training, education, and expertise, but also my ability to connect with them, affirm their experiences, and inspire hope. My approach combines knowledge with empathy, guiding people toward a clearer path and a brighter, more fulfilling life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with couples, partnerships, and relationships who are motivated, engaged, and committed to making positive changes. When working with relationships, it is important that I am able to see you in session. Nonverbal communication is critical. If I am unable to see your nonverbal cues and reactions, it will hinder the efficacy of the meeting. Therefore, if you are unable to have a working video for the duration of the session, it will be required that we cancel/reschedule your session to another time and date that works best for your schedule and mine.
