LPCC, 3 years of experience
New to Grow
I’m a non-binary, queer therapist with three years of experience supporting adults and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges and growth. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and in eating disorders, creating a therapy space where every identity and body is celebrated. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe therapy is a place where you can show up fully as yourself, even when the process feels messy or uncomfortable. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build skills for resilience, and coach you through the uneasy moments of change - because that is where true growth begins. Whether you’re seeking support for your relationship with food, your sense of identity, or the everyday stressors of life, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Our first meeting will be an intake session focused on understanding your story and your needs. I’ll gather information about your mental health history, current concerns, and relevant background to complete a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. This time is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in therapy, and begin to get a feel for how we can work together. By the end of this session, we’ll outline next steps and start shaping a plan that supports your goals for growth and change.
I bring authenticity and warmth to every session, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and heard. My approach is supportive and empathetic, meeting each person exactly where they are without judgement. I prioritize building a safe, affirming environment that encourages openness, exploration, and meaningful growth.
I work with teens (15+) and adults who are ready to show up as their authentic selves - even if they’re still figuring out what that means. They’re curious, open to growth, and willing to face the discomfort that comes with change. Whether we are exploring identity, navigating life transitions, or healing a relationship with food, I support people who are ready to learn, stretch, and embrace the process of change.
My therapy style is very client-centered and I use a variety of treatments to help meet clients where they are at and what they respond best to.
One of the populations I serve the most is those of the LGBTQIA+ community.
