Hi! I am a clinical social worker (LCSW-C) based in Maryland. I am also licensed in DC. I received my MSW from Adelphi University in NY and I have been a practicing therapist for 10 years. I help adults process life transitions, complex trauma, and difficult relationships to develop self-understanding and new ways of coping with the challenges that life can throw at us. I only provide individual therapy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will discuss background information, establish therapy goals and work together to create a safe space for self-exploration.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a first-generation American and an IPV survivor, my lived experiences have shaped my therapeutic approach. I possess an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals from immigrant backgrounds, including cultural complexities and the pressure to succeed. Having personally navigated the trauma of intimate partner violence, my therapeutic approach is rooted in fostering resilience and empowerment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with women who are seeking to understand and heal past wounds, improve relationships, enhance overall well-being, and achieve personal growth. I'm most excited to work with clients who are open to exploring their inner strengths and resilience, as well as those who are committed to their own growth outside of the therapy session.
