Rashad was willing to listen to my story and understanding of my issues. He asked thought provoking follow–ups, pushing me to challenge my preexisting worldview to better myself. He did not put me down, but instead motivated me to discover long–term solutions to my issues through relatable anecdotes, videos, and his own personal experience. Also, great book recommendations!
