Hi, I’m Kelly Bronk. With nearly 30 years of experience across residential and intensive outpatient settings, I’ve learned that healing is about more than just getting through the day—it’s about building a life you feel equipped to lead. I partner with my clients to develop practical coping tools, sharpen self-awareness, and cultivate the resilience needed to make healthy, confident decisions. My goal is to help you move from simply 'managing' to truly thriving with independence.
During our initial consultation, we’ll explore your history and identify your primary goals for treatment. Just as importantly, this time allows us to see how we work together. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work, and it starts with this first conversation.
My experience consists of patient advocacy, behavioral interventions, evidence-based therapy, clinical consultation and case management. As a clinician, I subscribe to the following qualities: patience, understanding, and being nonjudgmental. In addition, I am a good listener, am empathetic and provide great support to the individuals I work with.
Embarking on the journey of connecting with a therapist requires considerable courage, and I commend you for taking this important step. My commitment as a compassionate therapist is to support individuals in navigating life's complexities and fostering personal growth, utilizing both evidence-based techniques and a touch of humor.

Everyone encounters situations and experiences, which can be both stressful and overwhelming. CBT helps people to understand how one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. CBT has had great success in promoting positive change and improving one’s emotional well-being.
I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients move forward by identifying and building upon what is already working in their lives. Rather than focusing extensively on past difficulties or origin stories of a problem, my experience with SFBT centers on helping you harness your existing strengths, internal resources, and past successes to create tangible change in the present.

I have got to know Kelly so much better and can honestly say she is friendly, engaging and challenges me in a good way, to open up about my feelings. I like that she is expressive and I feel I can tell her anything without any judgement.

I’ve been seeing Kelly for about 2-3 months now for anxiety, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how I handle things. She creates a very comfortable, supportive environment and really listens without judgement. I feel like I’m finally learning healthy ways to manage my anxiety and reactions to stressful situations. I’m really grateful for the help and would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety.
