I never feel shamed. Even when I did something ridiculous. She allows me the space to find what I need to find in the situation. She gives goals and helps me to trust my instincts more. She makes me laugh.

Ms. Evelyn, has made something that seemed to be uncomfortable very comfortable. I didn’t know what to expect out of therapy or a therapist but since I’ve met with her back in September, I’ve seen my mental health transform. I’m much more positive and upbeat about life, I can actually manage my emotions and navigate the issues that happen in everyday life without using a substance to do so. I really appreciate everything she has offered thus far. I couldn’t have found a better match for myself!

I love Evelyn, honestly she is a strong person in my life at this moment. I’m grateful just to have someone who listens, understands and redirects my mind. She is one of the best people I have ever met!
