We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify immediate concerns, and start outlining a plan that feels doable and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the first session with a clear sense of direction, hope that change is possible, and reassurance that you don’t have to carry everything alone. This is the beginning of us working together to create space for healing, growth, and strategies that truly fit your life.

What makes my work unique is the blend of personal and professional experience I bring into the room. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, school social worker, coach, and educator, I’ve supported women through life’s toughest transitions while also navigating my own journey of growth. I know firsthand the challenges of balancing roles, healing from past wounds, and pursuing the future you want. This lived experience, combined with clinical training, helps me connect in a way that feels real and relatable, no jargon, no judgment, just honesty and support. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused work. I help clients identify roadblocks, reframe unhelpful patterns, and create strategies that actually fit their lives.
