This is the foundation and main therapy I use. CBT helps become more aware of our thoughts and how connected they are with our feelings.

EMDR

I've been EMDR trained since 2018 and currently completing EMDR certification requirements.

Motivational Interviewing

Use this treatment to assist patients struggling with substance use/abuse and is very effective with young adults.

Psychoeducation

This is a necessary component of therapy to help patients learn about their diagnosis and how to better manage symptoms.
