If you’re living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue, even after medical treatment, you’re not alone. I know firsthand how overwhelming and frustrating chronic pain can be. By seeking support, you’re already showing great courage, and I’m here to help you use that strength. While I can't guarantee a life entirely free from pain, I can assure you that dedicating effort to your own self-healing can make a meaningful difference, empowering you to reclaim your life and joy with renewed confidence. I invite you to honor the bravery that brought you here and take the next step towards recovering your life from chronic pain. I’m here and ready to walk alongside you as you move forward toward healing and growth. And, yes, your pain is real and it is not "just all in your head." Let’s get started!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my primary aim will be to truly understand your unique journey with chronic pain. We’ll discuss your medical history, previous treatments, and, most importantly, your personal goals for moving beyond chronic pain. You can expect a comprehensive and compassionate evaluation of how pain has impacted various aspects of your life, including your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about your experience. I will attentively listen to your story and, together, we will design a treatment plan that reflects your individual challenges, aspirations, and hopes for reclaiming the parts of life that chronic pain has taken from you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am passionate about working with adults who struggle with chronic pain that have persisted despite medical treatments. I can offer you science-backed approaches based in mind-body connection, rewiring of pain signal alarm neural circuits, emotional regulation, and acceptance-based strategies to help you change your experience with chronic pain, empowering you to get your life back and feel more confident in your ability to self-heal.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The individuals I work with experience chronic pain and chronic syndromes where medical treatments and medicines have failed, robbing them of life fulfillment, joy, and satisfaction.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidenced-based mind-body approach, helps individuals with chronic pain and other syndromes like fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue achieve substantial changes in their pain experience, recovering the things that chronic pain has taken from them, like being active in their life, doing things they enjoy, as well as happiness, contentment, and fulfillment.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps individuals to focus on living a meaningful life by shifting attention away from thoughts and beliefs about chronic pain and toward personal values and goals that they can act on. This method can support chronic pain sufferers by reducing the emotional distress associated with pain, increasing flexibility in the way they think about chronic pain, and empowering them to engage in life activities despite discomfort. As a result, ACT can improve overall well-being and help reclaim a sense of purpose and satisfaction even when pain arises.
