I'm Kelly. It's nice to meet you. Thank you for stopping by. I have several years of experience helping individuals, couples and families navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy and focuses on fostering self-awareness building resilience, mindfulness, and promoting positive change. I studied psychology for my undergraduate degree at Central Washington University and I have a masters degree from the university of the southwest. My most recent experience includes serving as a therapist at American behavioral health systems as well as operating my own private practice.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session together, I try to make as calm and relaxing as possible. It is a time for you to get to know me and for me to get to know you it's a time where we explore your past your present and what you look forward to building on for your future.

My strength as a therapist, including building trust, creating a safe place for clients, and using goal oriented practices to help clients maintain meaningful change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes. My own personal journey has instilled in me a deep empathy for others, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their path towards healing and growth. I have experience working in K through 12 schools, psychiatric stabilization, hospitals, treatment, facilities, and specialized training in crisis intervention, I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment and then committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you on your journey towards a healthier and happier life in my free time. I enjoy spending time with family, hiking being close to water playing basketball and fostering kittens from the local Humane Society.
