In our first session together, here's what you can expect
First sessions are all about getting to know one another, building rapport, and defining clear and measurable goals for therapy. We will cover the basics of how our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all interconnected.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My diverse educational background and professional experiences allow me to offer a holistic approach to therapy, addressing both personal and professional aspects of my clients' lives. I am committed to providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're dealing with personal challenges, professional stress, or seeking to improve your relationships, I'm here to guide and support you on your journey.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My clients are high-achieving individuals who seek support when stress, anxiety, or depression become heightened during major life or career transitions. These challenges may appear as perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or relationship difficulties, among others. I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients take the lead in their growth, and together, we work toward achieving their personal and professional goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is used to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. It teaches tools for thought stopping, reframing thoughts to be more valid and more helpful, and is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression and trauma.
Motivational Interviewing
Sometimes clients feel stuck. To understand what motivates clients and how to break down barriers holding them back, I leverage Motivational Interviewing.
Reality Therapy
Reality therapy helps clients to take ownership of their choices and to evaluate opportunities as presented to them.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Sometimes clients need solutions. Solution-Focused Brief Treatment is aimed at helping clients explore and define their own solutions to problems or challenges as they arise.
