Hello! My name is Ledornubari "Rachel" Kabari and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples with the primary goal of supporting and empowering clients to become the best versions of themselves. I take a holistic approach with clients and factor all aspects of their identities as well as their environment throughout treatment.
Our first sessions will center around introductions, getting to know you as a person and exploring the challenges that you are struggling with and what you hope to get out of therapy. This will help me ensure that I can deliver the services that you are looking for and that you feel comfortable with me as a therapist.
I center my clients in all aspects of their treatment. I make sure that they feel heard, validated, and safe in their sessions. I explore with clients the underlying causes of the challenges they are struggling with and collaborate with them to make a plan to address their needs.
