LMHC, 13 years of experience
As a licensed mental health counselor, with over 10 years in experience, I am passionate about helping you navigate challenges associated with anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues. I am dedicated to fostering progressive change, growth and resilience. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or aiming to improve your overall well-being, I can provide a safe and supportive space for your personal transformation.
As you begin your therapy journey, it is important to know that as your therapist, I am here for you and to assist you with succeeding in challenges you may be facing. In our first session will identify specific concerns and prepare a treatment plan aimed to help tackle those issues.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space. I utilize evidence-based interventions, tailored to you, to help you succeed.
Improving your mental health is a personal journey. I enjoy working with clients who are open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, experiences and behaviors and are willing to actively utilize cognitive reframing and self-care practices to learn and grow.
