Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, I would introduce the expectations such as what approaches I would use. I would like to explore what are the reasons for therapy and conduct and initial assessment. Finally, I would like to come up with goals for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

A few strengths as a provider would be patience, kindness, dedicated, compassionate, good listener, nonjudgmental, adaptable, and genuine. I strive to be committed towards growth and change with each client. I am committed to guiding clients toward a renewed sense of hope through healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients that are motivated for change and ready to work on personal growth. Engages in sessions as well as completing any assignments that are given between sessions. Clients that are practicing the skills that are taught such as CBT or DBT in their daily life. These are a few clients that I enjoy working with in therapy.
