Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters degree from Azusa Pacific University and have been practicing for 6 years. I am a neuro affirming therapist that works with kids, teens, and adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the challenges that come with big life transitions. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel understood and supported. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your everyday life.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have all the answers—we’ll explore what’s been feeling heavy or confusing at your pace. My goal is to understand your unique story so we can create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and meaningful to you.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I’m skilled at helping people untangle what’s going on beneath the surface, whether it’s anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences that still show up today. From there, we work together to build insight and practical tools that move you toward feeling more grounded and empowered.
I love working with people who may not feel their best right now but are brave enough to reach out for support. My ideal clients are curious about themselves and open to teaming up to better understand their patterns, emotions, and goals. Together, we create a space for honest reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Sometimes, our minds get stuck in unhelpful thought patterns that can make us feel worse or act in ways that don’t serve us. In CBT, we gently explore those thoughts and learn how to shift them toward something more balanced. It’s not about forcing positivity—it’s about building awareness and giving you tools to respond to challenges with more clarity and self-compassion. It works because it’s practical. You learn real skills that you can use in everyday life to feel more in control and supported.
