Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Louisville, Kentucky. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Louisville. We will start by getting to know one another better and make sure we're a good fit to work together. I want to first and foremost make sure you are comfortable talking with and working alongside me. We will then discuss what challenges have brought you to therapy so I am able to make an individualized plan of care to meet your specific needs and goals. From there, we will work the plan together!
I am extremely empathetic and compassionate. I am able to see strengths in every person and every situation. Not every skill or technique will work with everyone, I am able to quickly adapt and come up with an alternative plan to make sure something works for you.
