About me

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of Wholistically Made, LLC. I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating trauma, interpersonal stress, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients find balance, build self-understanding, and move toward emotional clarity. I believe healing happens when we feel seen and supported as our full selves—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, develop new tools for coping, and begin to feel more grounded and connected in daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share your background, current challenges, and goals for our work together. This is your space to ask questions, talk about what’s most important to you, and begin building a trusting, supportive connection. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you move toward the healing and growth you’re seeking.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist lies in blending faith, personal life experience, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This combination allows me to support clients with both empathy and practical guidance. I bring a compassionate, culturally sensitive presence that helps people feel understood, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with young adults, midlife adults, artists, creatives, first responders, and professionals who may feel burned out, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are exploring identity, relationships, or life transitions. My approach weaves together mindfulness, CBT, DBT skills, and body awareness, offering a holistic framework that nurtures both mental and emotional well-being.
