New to Grow
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of Wholistically Made, LLC. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, interpersonal stress, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, integrating CBT, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients find balance and emotional clarity. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, work through emotional pain, and create space for growth and change.
During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and explore your reasons for seeking therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals, and we’ll work together to create a plan tailored to your needs. This session is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what’s important to you, and begin building a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
My greatest strength as a therapist lies in the integration of faith, personal life experiences, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support meaningful growth and positive outcomes. Drawing on my own journey and understanding of life’s challenges, I provide a compassionate, culturally sensitive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered.
I often work with young adults (18-34) adults (40-65), artists, creatives, first responders and professionals who feel burned out or disconnected, as well as those exploring identity, relationships, or major life shifts. My work integrates mindfulness, CBT, DBT skills, and body awareness, creating a holistic approach that nurtures both mental and emotional well-being.
I have extensive experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve overall emotional regulation.
I integrate Christian counseling for clients who wish to explore faith as part of their healing journey. Drawing on biblical principles alongside evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, Eden supports individuals in aligning their values with their goals, processing spiritual questions, and finding hope through faith.
I have extensive experience using interpersonal approaches to support clients in exploring relationship patterns, improving communication skills, and building healthy boundaries. She helps clients identify how past and present relationships impact their emotional well-being, empowering them to strengthen connection, resolve conflict, and enhance self-awareness.
I offer attachment-based therapy to help clients understand the impact of early relationships on their current patterns of connection, trust, and emotional regulation. She guides clients in exploring their attachment styles, healing relational wounds, and building secure connections.
I offer culturally responsive lens to therapy, centering the impact of identity, culture, and systemic factors on mental health. She has worked extensively with clients of diverse racial, ethnic, and spiritual backgrounds, including BIPOC communities, first-generation professionals, and those navigating faith transitions.
