I have spent over ten years working as a therapist with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. My approach is to meet you where you are mentally and emotionally, build trust, and create a space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. Together, we’ll identify your needs and goals, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session focuses on providing a safe and nonjudgmental space, building trust, and understanding your concerns, goals, and strengths. From there, progress often includes gaining clarity, building coping tools, and feeling more grounded and confident.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Working with me is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I meet clients where they are emotionally and move at a pace that feels right for them. My experience working in both community mental health and private settings allows me to bring depth, perspective, and a compassionate presence to my work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Therapy is a space to gain perspective, feel supported, and navigate life’s ups and downs with guidance — you don’t have to go through it alone. In my practice, I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition — navigating dating or relationships, adjusting to adulthood or parenthood, managing school or work stress, or struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, or depression.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT to help clients learn about the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as learn ways to identify unhelpful core beliefs and replace them with healthier patterns.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution Focused Brief Treatment to help clients identify and work toward their own unique goals by creating action steps, building their strengths, and improving their behaviors.

Strength-Based

Utilizing strengths-based therapy helps clients feel empowered, build the skills and resources that they already have, and improve resilience and self-esteem.
