I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an all-inclusive, person-centered, humanistic and holistic approach to psychotherapy, which means I listen to you and focus on your concerns foremost- you're in charge! I incorporate multiple modalities, all populations and any beneficial counseling orientations into my therapeutic practice, with a core focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based interventions utilizing behavioral modification principles.

I have extensive experience working in different clinical settings with K-12 and college-aged students, parents w/ their children, couples, young adults, LGBTQ+ and families of all backgrounds experiencing symptoms of hyperactivity/inattention, identity crises, dissociation, opposition/defiance, mania, anger, emotionality, impulse-control, obsessive compulsions, intrusive thoughts, trauma, addiction, grief, depression, rupture, and other personal crises, life events or stressors.
