I encourage mental health and promote healthy relationships through behavioral activation, introspection, and authenticity to achieve long-term goals, including real intimacy by connection in your life starting from a core of self-love. The awareness and insight created in therapy facilitates change through self-realization, growth through self-actualization and all while living authentically as your true self in the present moment; free from the traumas of the past or the fears for the future and at peace in full acceptance with your thoughts.
