I am a passionate Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 10 years of direct experience working with diverse populations within community outpatient mental health clinics, the criminal justice system, eating disorder facilities, and working with those struggling with co-occurring disorders. I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental safe space where healing and change can begin. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to meet their individual needs. My goal in each session to make you feel seen, heard, and validated. As a young, empathetic, and experienced therapist, I combine deep compassion with proven techniques to build strong therapeutic relationships and create meaningful, lasting change for my clients.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and developing healthier coping mechanisms.

Motivational Interviewing

I utilize a person centered approach to challenge behavior by eliciting motivation. It's a collaborative, goal-oriented communication style that focuses on exploring and resolving ambivalence, ultimately empowering individuals to make their own choices about behavior change.

Trauma Informed Care

My goal is to prevent re-traumatization. It acknowledges the need to understand a patient's life experiences to deliver effective care.
