My name is Tiffany Coleman, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am an Alumnus of California Baptist University. I have over 7 years of experience working in mental health as a therapist. In my clinical practice, I utilize and incorporate a combination of evidence-based practices that adapt to the unique needs of each individual. Some common treatment modalities I use in my practice include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with going over limits of confidentiality and expectations of therapy. We will have brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My warm, inviting, and at times direct approach to therapy is brought with the intent to provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients to feel safe, understood, and empowered. You don't have to carry your burdens alone. It is my great honor and privilege to work alongside individuals on their journey to healing, wholeness, and finding purpose in their lives. Specialties

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationships. I enjoy working with individuals who have a desire to improve personal development, self-esteem, and communication skills. When requested, I am happy to incorporate Christian-based therapy for those who want a faith-based approach combined with evidence-based practices, in which we engage therapy from a biblical framework.
