I am passionate about making sure my clients feel heard. I want my patients to leave their appointments knowing that their provider cares about their progress and their overall health and happiness. I serve clients of all ages, and have a special interest in adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, panic disorders, ADHD, and trauma. My favorite motto is, "be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody."
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be one hour duration with subsequent sessions being 30 minutes in length. In this first session we will discuss current symptoms, prior medical and psychiatric history, family history, and both medication and non- medication options for managing symptoms. I take a holistic approach and meet my patients where they are at, collaborating with them to create a treatment plan that we feel is best tailored to help them through all the challenges life brings. I know coming for mental health care can be nerve wrecking. Please don't get too stressed about coming to meet me! I have received great feedback from patients after their first session that they felt heard and felt much relief after meeting with me.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I find it so special that I get to say my job is helping people have a better quality of life. I work with patients of all ages and love getting to help others at all life stages. I take the time to build a trusting rapport with my patients. I have had patients tell me, "Grace, you found your calling". This is the best compliment I could ever receive. My calling truly is to help others.

I specialize in prescribing psychiatric/mental health medications. Mental health care is not "one size fits all", and I work hard to treat every patient as an individual and advocate for their needs.
