I truly enjoy my time with Michelle. She is helping me break things down to make them easier to manage. For example, she is helping me come up with a morning and evening routine to regulate daily stress and overwhelm. We talked about keeping my goals realistic by aiming for one routine a day, if possible. Also, remembering that they are helpful suggestion's. I already feel better after just speaking about things out loud to someone else.
